The F.A.N.C.Y. (Focused And Naturally Confident Youth) programs motivate girls to achieve academic excellence (scholarships), provide a source of education and arts (Teen Girls Expo), allow a platform for exploring career/academic interests, and provide the essential skills they need to become community leaders (Leadership Academy).

Did you know the San Diego County Sheriff is a woman? Sheriff Kelly Martinez! If she can lead a law enforcement agency, so can you. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department recruiters will be at this event, so take this opportunity to ask about all the different career paths women can choose within the department.
